There are two ways to make a mark. You can carve one from a menu of conditions and actions, with no code. Or you can forge one by writing your own contract. Either way, any coin can use your mark, and you earn from every trade of the coins that do.

What a rule can and can't do

A rule can tax a trade (up to 10%) or block a buy. It can never block a sell, change after launch, or move anyone's tokens. The contract rejects any rule that tries, and the hook limits what all marks can add.
